commission terms of service
commissions status: closedplease read my tos carefully before requesting a commission.
general rules
1. no masculine characters except for chibi commissions
2. no ffxiv / realistic characters (incl. real people)
unless you have a simplified and stylized (anime, cartoon, etc. style) reference
3. no overly detailed characters unless you have a simplified reference
4. no explicit gore (bruises, blood ok; no self-harm or implied) or nsfw
5. no offensive / political subjects
6. no armor or mechanical / robotic designs
7. kemono / furry ok
8. no custom commissions (anything not listed on my page)
references
please take the time to make sure you have everything necessary in your references. I do not offer advice or stylistic changes to your character unless it is a character design commission. if you are indecisive about your character's design it is not my responsibility to make changes for you as I draw. additionally, please make sure all references are consistent so I know what design guidelines to follow without confusion. again, please make sure you include all references necessary.if I see that you include traced or AI art in your references you will have your request rejected and I will no longer accept any requests from you.
payment
upfront; commercial fee same as original price (e.g. for chibi, commercial fee is $50).
commercial fee is only necessary for merchandise or other selling purposes.I take payment through vgen and ko-fi, or directly through paypal.
revisions
revisions are only available for reference sheet commissions. I only accept changes during the sketching phase, however, I only accept a maximum of 3 changes/groups of changes to the sketch. this is to ensure respect of my time and other commissioners' deadlines. please be very sure of the changes you need because I will start lineart immediately after the third changes are done. please keep in mind that I will not send a final sketch for approval the third time around. I also do not offer revisions for an extra fee.revisions after I am done with the commission are only offered if it was a mistake on my part. this means anything that was previously stated to me with proof or was included in the request form.
usage rules
• do not use my art in anything crypto currency or AI-related
• do not edit my art in any way without stating somewhere that you changed it
if you must edit it, ask for permission beforehand and again, please state somewhere that it was edited to avoid confusion with future clients
• do not claim the art as yours in any way
• credit me if you will be reposting or using it
• do not sell my art or designs after purchasing. trading ok
• do not use my art for tracing
• do not use my art for anything hateful or offensive
refunds
I only offer refunds before the sketch is complete; no refunds after that unless I change my mind about the commission.

I am available through vgen and twitter dms (@mochi070823). I do not use discord for most commissions. if you feel the commission is taking a while or have any questions at all, please feel free to message me!please only contact me if it has to do with your commission! I want to maintain a professional attitude as I am only providing a service. please respect these boundaries.please respect that I sometimes work on personal art between commissions. I do not work on commissions or answer dms on Sundays unless it's urgent (related to refunds or deadlines)! please be respectful of my time and the time of other clients. thank you!
